The Lunge
The lunge is an excellent way to firm up your butt, make it bigger and tighter. Position your feet straight ahead, shoulder width pick up dumbbells or any weights and bend your knees making sure you don’t strain your back being exercise by stepping your left foot forward keeping your forward leg centered over you ankle. Make sure you knee doesn’t go past your toes. Push off with your heels and not your toes. On coming back to start position make sure to straighten your hip and knee. work each leg separately and don’t alternate between one leg and the other.
The Squat
The Squat is the best exercise for making your butt bigger, toning and shaping the thighs. Squats will also result in lean butt muscle. Hold a barbell across your shoulders, make sure your hands are shoulder width apart. Make sure your feet are slightly wider than shoulder width while angling feet slightly outward. Pull shoulders back slightly. Look straight ahead and slowly bend your knees. Its very important not to bounce towards to bottom. Its helpful to push your heels to pull yourself back up while contracting your butt muscle.
Butt Kickback
Bend knees 90 degrees while on your hands and knees on the floor. Make sure your thighs are perpendicular to the floor. Keep your head up, and lift your right leg back and up maintaining your 90 degree knee bend. Squeeze your butt (this is especially important to making your butt bigger) and then slowly lower your leg back to the start position.
